The Warren County Victim Impact Panel (VIP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating the public about the dangers of drinking and driving.
There is a common misconception that the Impact Panel is just a reprimand for DUI, which couldn’t be farther from the truth. Please know that our panelists only share their stories of loss with both adults and juveniles in hopes of bringing awareness to the senseless tragedy that can result from this behavior. They do not engage in accusing or preaching, they simply relate their experiences as a victim of DUI. Drinking is a personal choice and, quite frankly, none of our business. Drinking and driving, however, is everyone’s problem. And all it takes is one bad decision…
We hope that you will support us in trying to keep our highways safe!
